I have had the pleasure of working with Bill on two occasions over the years and am fortunate to also call him a friend. Bill is a highly organized and resourceful leader who consistently brings a positive attitude to any team or organization. He is deeply passionate about the staffing industry, genuinely cares about helping others, and takes pride in supporting their success. What can we say about Bill that has not been said many, many times before? Well, I have had the incredible pleasure/honor of working with Bill in 3 companies - Glotel, NextGen and Swoon, which spans 30 years of my career. Bill is a dear friend and trusted mentor. He is simply one of the nicest and funniest people I have ever worked with. Somehow, he balances all this with leadership, invention, inspiration, passion, and success. There are too many success stories to mention here. It feels weird to say on the drop-down that I "managed Bill directly" - He knows the truth!!

Most of my professional career has been working alongside Bill Coyman, which without question, has helped lead me to where I am today. Even during the time periods when we did not work together, he was still the most reliable and incredible mentor. Bill has a special ability to connect and engage on deep and personal levels with everyone he crosses paths with. Those relationships are not fleeting either. You can rely on Bill to stay connected and stay up to date. It is not because he is required to do so, or it is his job responsibility... his leadership, guidance and mentorship is truly a reflection of the commitment he has to his relationships. I have had the honor of working with Bill over the course 9 years.
